All frameworks, methodologies, tools, assessments, and written content on this site — including the Operational FlowCraft™ Framework — are the intellectual property of AI Consulting Strategy. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercialize any content without prior written consent.

Custom deliverables created for clients during an engagement are owned by the client upon full payment, unless otherwise specified in the engagement agreement. Underlying methodologies and frameworks remain the property of AI Consulting Strategy.

Information shared during strategy consultations or assessments is treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without consent, except as required by law.

All ROI estimates, projections, and case study results are illustrative. Actual outcomes depend on business-specific factors including execution quality, market conditions, and team capacity. AI Consulting Strategy makes no guarantee of specific financial results.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AI Consulting Strategy shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this site or any consulting engagement.
